House League Sort Outs Are Set To Begin

Initiation: September 4 and 11 weekends
Novice, Atom and PeeWee: September 11 weekend
Bantam: September 13 weekend

KMHA body checking clinics are designed to help develop body contact awareness. All players attending Minor Peewee Rep tryouts are expected to have attended a KMHA ran body checking clinic prior to the start of their tryout session.

Ottawa Senators Hockey Programs will be holding two conditioning camps from August 23-26, and August 29 to September 5.
These camps will provide players with an opportunity to get ready for the upcoming hockey season. Each player will receive 3 x 1 hour ice sessions designed to get their hands and hockey legs back under them in preparation for sort outs - each ice session will feature high tempo conditioning drills.

Ottawa Senators® Weekly Skills programs are also open for registration. They provide boys and girls, ages 3 to 17, an opportunity to improve their game, and learn new skills.

Rafters Charity Golf Tournemant is scheduled on Sunday September 12, 2010. It will be located at Greensmere Golf and Country Club.
